Team Management

  • While there will be a teacher present, for parents that are able to stay, help is required to with organising the teams for example, helping them get their belts & tags sorted, making sure they are at the right place at the right time, helping kids substitute during games etc.

  • We generally find out the draw the day before – this will be sent to parents as soon as we know.

  • If the fields are open then the tournament is generally played.

  • The school is only notified of cancellation at 8am morning of the tournament.

  • If cancelled the kids just have a normal day at school and the back-up day is the following week.

  • We are a water only school so learners will be required to follow the school guidelines on all sports trips.

  • The learners seem to spend all day eating, so lots of snacks are good.

  • A named drink bottle is essential

  • Bring appropriate clothing for the weather conditions on the day.
